This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

Anthony came out and did a great job of unclogging our line. He was very prompt and polite and gave us great advice for in the future. We will definitely be calling back in the future!

I highly recommend Wilson Home Service. After moving into a new home We had an ongoing plumbing issue. Multiple companies came charging fees and not resolving the issue.

I was extremely impressed with the highly professional service provided by service tech, Henry Aldrighetti today on my furnace and A/C unit.He arrived within the stated time period and at the end of the service call, he explained what he had done and what we might do in the future to improve the operation of our system.My wife and I are very satisfied!4The repair performed by Alex(4 Sept 2020)--the installing of A/C coiling was a very long and demanding job that took about seven and a half hours. He stayed with it and took breaks in the work to update me on the progress. He is an excellent technician who knows his business and performed very well--my wife and i continue to be satisfied customers!
