Nate helped my family install a recirculating pump at my house. Nate was very helpful and was able to work with me on schedule to do the install. He was very knowledgeable and was able to finish the job very fast. He is very fair with his price and his personality is very good. He and Angel made sure to clean up everything and checked his work twice to make sure nothing was leaking. I know I will be recommending him to my family and friends also will be using his services for future plumbing installs.

If I could, I would give them 0 stars. This company was assigned by my home warranty company, American Home Shield. My hot water heater went out on a Sunday. They couldn't come out until Tuesday to look at it. The technician said he needed to order a part. At this point we had no hot water for 3 days. They called on Thursday and said they had to part but couldn't come out until Saturday to install it. Ok, now its been 7 days, no hot water. The technician installed the part and it still wasn't working. Then he changed out another part. Still wasn't working. He went to check the gas meter. Turned out there was in issue with our Atmos account and they had the wrong service address for our house. So why didn't they check this when they came out the first time?? That was sorted out on Monday. So at this point we have 2 new parts and gas, so it should fire right up, right?!?? Nope! And they can't send anyone out to look at it until Wednesday. I do not recommend this company. For anything. Worst customer service everyone in the office is so rude over the phone. I have 2 small children and we haven't had water for 10 days at this point. But do they care? Not one bit.
