The plumber was very honest and timely. He came to give a free estimate but upon arrival he found that there was no issue. The water supply to the kitchen faucet was somehow turned off under the sink. He opened it to fix the issue and did not charge us. Will definitely give more business to this company in future if I have any plumbing issue.

Was able to contact Phillip in which he came to my house the day of. Phil was over helping me inspect low water pressure issues in my kitchen and was very detail oriented. Instead of replacing the entire faucet as some other plumbers suggested, Phillip was honest and found an alternative solution! My technicians name was Ellis and he was the most respectful man I’ve ever had the pleasure of communicating with. He was clear and straight to the point on identifying my plumbing issue, and explaining what steps needed to fix the problem. He had my outdoor pipe fixed in no time and my outdoor water line works great. Clayton and Jovi are wonderful employees! They showed up on time, early in fact, and were very personable and listened to what I had to say. We’ve had several other plumbers come out and they just wrote me off, but not these guys. They camera'd our line and let me watch and explained everything we saw. Did a great job telling me what the next steps were too! 10/10 would recommend!

The owner came out and actually did the work. He was very professional and timely. He even showed me how to replace a part on my sink.

I wold never call them, kept me on hold for arround 11 minuits to get the service calls. asked me a millions of questions. At the beginning I informed one story House and has water leaks under the slabs. Turned off the water line. I requested Urgent service. Interestingly quote $310.00 and can be served only January 4th.....LOL

First of all I cannot express how thankful that your company answered the phone & scheduled an emergency appointment for me on Friday, July 15th after 8 pm. The young lady that answered was courteous and professional, efficient. I had a water heater & home flooding problem that was supposed to be addressed by another company. They replaced the water heater but did not check laundry room as requested. The laundry room was not checked. And needless to say my house was flooded again. This time it was much worse than my original flooding incident. Kody listened to my concerns and diagnosed the problem as a hot water slab leak. Now I have peace of mind that I can have repairs done to my home in the near future. We are going to schedule an appointment on Monday morning. Thanks again Kody for helping me in my time of need.
