Best Grease Trap in Fort Worth TX

My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

In all honesty, Russell Plumbing, you have been amazing. Given me some peace of mind today and let me know who I can trust should I need a plumber. I will recommend.

I am the manager @ Store Here Self Storage and I had Chris Rodriguez@ the Haltom City branch out to give me an estimate, along with 2 other plumbers. Something that Chris said to me during the estimate was what stuck with me best and that is why we went with him. He wanted to fix the problem not just put a band aid on it so that we would have to call them back out. He wanted a permanent fix! I appreciated that! So my company went with RR and I'm glad we did. We moved into a new house. Didn’t have hot water at the kitchen sink. New water heater installed by a company I wouldn’t recommend. Still no hot water at kitchen sink. Received a recommendation for Tioga Plumbing from my HVAC company Advanced Air. Tioga came out the next day to fix the problem. Shout out to Shelby in the office, Ty, Edgar and especially Jordan who said he wasn’t leaving until we had hot water at the kitchen sink. We got it working thanks to these wonderful folks. Family owned and operated by four generations. Can’t recommend them enough. 5+ stars!!!
