I am the manager @ Store Here Self Storage and I had Chris Rodriguez@ the Haltom City branch out to give me an estimate, along with 2 other plumbers. Something that Chris said to me during the estimate was what stuck with me best and that is why we went with him. He wanted to fix the problem not just put a band aid on it so that we would have to call them back out. He wanted a permanent fix! I appreciated that! So my company went with RR and I'm glad we did. Thank You Chris Rodriguez for your honesty! That goes a long way and very hard to find!

Did not go with this company due to the treatment I received. Walked in to ask a general question to realize they were laughing at my question as I walked back out. I thought I had maybe over analyzed the situation so I decided to call them for an estimate on some busted pipes that occurred by the freeze. The guy who answered the phone gave me the same type of attitude I received when I went in person which validated my opinion of them. He was very rude and had no interest. Stopped me after I said I had some plumbing issues and told me there's nothing they can do and they wouldn't even take an appointment until 2+ weeks. I understand plumbers are very busy with the work going on but the rude attitude was not needed in my opinion.

I had an emergency shower faucet repair. The facuet would not turn off, water continually running. After receiving a few no availability today from emergency plumbing repair business some even as long as Monday before repairs could be seen. I contacted this service and they were responsive and came the same day. Once they arrived, they began the assessment and provide my quote for the repair.
He was straightforward on the pricing and timeframe to complete. I will consider for future plumbing needs.

Had a small pin hole leak in a pipe in the front yard, called on a Monday Steven and Jayden were here the next day, located the leak and repaired right away,as soon as I knew we had a plumbing problem there was only one company to call, I wouldn't recommend any other company for all your plumbing needs, professional, courteous, and always gets the job done, especially with the bad weather coming I knew I could count on ABC, thank you Vickie ,yet another 5 Star review had a leaky faucet in my bathtub and desperately wanted new faucets so I called ABC and the owner actually came out to give me an estimate and the next day Beaudy and Spencer were here and did an amazing job, it was as if they were working on their own home, professional efficient and cleaned everything up just as they found it, this is why I will always be an ABC customer, thank you and shout out to the girls in the office as well ?

Dishwasher installation was done on time and with care. We appreciate the plumbers at James Rowe Plumbing. Very professional every time we have them out.

Overall the job that Chris and Michael did has worked out well. My wife, as expected, was not overly happy with the additional cut-out / blank plate next to the fireplace but I think we'll work through it. The other outlets have been great. Both guys were professional and friendly. My only concern was on the 1st day when they did not get started until about 10:30a and knocked off at 2:30p. Then Friday turned into a longer day to finish. They were prompt on Friday morning.

Great guys. They always do a excellent job.
