Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

Would 100% recommend using this company and Alek. We had an improperly installed toilet, he came out and quoted us for the repair. He was able to come by the following week to complete the job. Very professional, respectful and did a fantastic job fixing our issue. He even helped fix a small issue with our sink at no extra cost. Will definitely be using his services again.

The gentleman that answered (Shawn) was very nice and eager to help me after hours. He made me feel like a priority. Then Michael the plumber came over the same night within minutes of each other and was ready to get to work with the same positive attitude. I had a major blockage with my plumbing over a holiday weekend.
Everything was backing up in my bath tub and shower and the toilets wouldn't flush. Woodie Woods got me scheduled quickly and sent someone shortly after I called. Clint did a great job with diagnosing and fixing a difficult problem. He was really friendly and explained everything to me. The pricing was reasonable and fair. I will definitely use this company again. Highly recommend!!

I called on a Sunday because my toilet. I could hear water continuously flowing even after I had turned it off in the back. I called the number that was given from my builder and she called me back and said it may be awhile but he would come out. It wasn’t 20 minutes and he was on his way, I was so incredibly thankful for his efficiency!!!

Just had Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing out to determine if my worst case fear of a busted cast iron pipe under our house was indeed true. Lewis came out at the time promised and ran a snake down the pipe and a camera as I had requested. Turns out no breaks and he got our immediate issue of the backed-up pipe fixed. He advised me on ways to be gentle with the pipe going forward and didn't want to rush into any big and expensive undertakings with it. He advised what the next small step we could take if we wanted. He was no pressure, honest and sincere. I really appreciated that. The price was very fair as well. I've paid a lot more for a lot less with other plumbers. I'm super happy! Thanks!

Had what looked to be a major problem and one company quoted me over a thousand dollars. Danny came out and got it repaired for under $300.

From the initial call to the final goodbye this was a great experience. James Tuck was very professional yet personable. I had a gas line leak in my yard. I was in hysterics when I spoke with Brandy and she said they would get here as soon as they could. They had job in progress that they could not drop. The next day, a Sunday no less, they came to my house and fixed the gas line. This was back when it was cold and my heat is all gas. The day they came out was cold, I heard not one complaint they made sure it was fixed and that I had heat. Brandy and Stacy both came to my house and did the work. Ray said that I needed some more gas lines replaced but that they could wait until I could afford it better. So they came out again and replaced some other gas lines under my house. Neither time was I charged an outrageous amount even for the Sunday emergency visit. They are very professional and kind. Stacy made sure that my hot water heater was lit again and my furnace. They took care of everything and when they covered the trench other than grass being dug up they did not hurt my landscaping.
I WILL use them again if I ever need plumbing work. My dog even fell in love with Stacy and he didnt blink and eye when she came over for him to pet her. He is a kind person and does great work.

Derek replaced my kitchen faucet, he was very professional and courteous. The office staff was very accommodating when it came to scheduling the job. They were affordable and it was an overall great experience. I would definitely recommend!

It is not the norm for me to write a review but the service I received from North Hills Plumbing was so amazing I had to break with the norm. Daniel Barrett and his team wrote the book on excellent customer service. The problem at my home was found and resolved in a very timely manner. Each concern I had about the process was addressed to my satisfaction. I thought this type of service was truly a thing of the past. So so pleasantly surprised to experience that it still exist at North Hills Plumbing!

I am a property manager for 160 units. Absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the work they do. Always on time, very professional. Their pricing might be a little higher than average but, you get what you pay for, & they are so worth the extra few bucks!

Technician was Ruben he was very polite very informative about the problem at hand Ruben was on time and got the job done in a small amount of time thank goodness it wasn't a major problem and he was able to fix the situation within a reasonable amount of time

Firstly, I asked for an Energy Star Rheem Water Heater when I called them. They said they didn't carry Rheem, but they had Bradford White heaters and they were superior. I asked if they had Energy Star Bradford White and they said yes, and we will bring one out first thing in the morning at 7:30. We had been without hot water for two days and I was hoping for them to go ahead but said ok. The following day, I received a call that the energy star model was not there yet, the supplier would have some later in the morning between 10 and 11:00. I said ok. Around noon they came and started installation. Later the plumber came to the door and said I have good news and bad news. The bad news is that the Bradford White isn't energy star! I had a $200 rebate for energy star water heaters! This seemed like a bait and switch to me. I asked the difference in price between the energy star and regular Bradford White and he said $300. The price I had agreed to was for the energy star model. The manager agreed to deduct $400 from the price, but considering I had already been charged extra for the energy star...there was already an over charge of $300, plus I'm out the rebate of $200. It may have been an honest mistake but it was a sloppy one.
They did do a good job on the installation.
