Wouldn't hire these plumbers based on the unprofessional way they drive their company truck. The guy cuts me off with no blinker in the pouring rain, I slammed on my brakes to avoid an accident with him, then watched as he did it to another car. He then proceeded to run a red light. If you're going to drive like an idiot, don't do it in your company truck!

I had one problem with Texas Plumbing that brought my review from a 4 or 5 to a 1. I don't like surprises so was not happy when they came up with a Parts and Supplies charge of $24.50 after the service. I talked to the technician's manager and the owner and they both said I was told about the charge when booking the service and by the technician that morning. Not true. I feel Texas Plumbing just added this charge as a way to jack up the bill without telling me beforehand. This was a clog removal so there were no parts or supplies used. Not a legitimate charge. Don't reward them with your business!
