Best Diagnosis in Fort Worth TX
First of all $500 for something that didn’t even take an hour is outrageous. I had a leaking outdoor faucet and I was given an initial quote that I was okay with paying only to find out after the work began that there would be an additional fee. That is very unprofessional because the faucet was already removed. So if I would have said no then I would be stuck with a removed pipe and once the water was turned back on it would spew with no way of stopping it. And on top of that I would be paying $75 for a coming out fee. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Adding additional fees after the work begins leaves the customer stuck and not in a place to say no.

Had a 12-4 window for service personnel to come to our house. We waited until 6:00 pm before leaving for dinner with family from out of town. Received a call from Blake at 6:20 saying they had just finished a job & could be at our house in 15 minutes. You should've called BEFORE 4 to tell us you're running late if you wanted to make this appointment. I realize how busy you are but this was unacceptable to not inform the customer. We're busy, too, but our day was wasted waiting.
