Best Commercial Cooling in Fort Worth TX

Had an issue with a water heater in our home that was only 3 years old, Very little hot water available in a 50 gal tank. Brandon with Busby’s plumbing in Mexia TX
Came out, took a look, revealing the heating elements where both bad, took the time, drain tank, explained issues with old elements. Made repairs, run water to make sure no air in the tank, no leaks. Turned breaker back on, informed us to give it hour n half, have hot water again. Thank you Brandon, thank you Busby plumbing for fast and professional service provided!

This company has a high level of professionalism and were able to get my issues resolved in a very timely manner. There was some miscommunication about the amount of time I would be without water: I was told that It would only be shut off for about an hour to fix it, but it was turned off and we did not have water overnight. When I called to express my frustration, management bumped us to the top of their lineman's work list.

Pricing seems a little bit above average. I'm sure you could a lower price elsewhere but the professionalism you're paying for is worth it.

Just had Mariano our to provide an estimate on some electrical work. He was very professional and took the time to thoroughly explain all of the details of the work required. We look forward to working with him in the future.

Update: We had Mariano and team back at our house today to complete the work. He was very detailed and was able to communicate what he was doing and why. Ultimately fixed our issues and had a great experience.

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
