I had a plumbing emergency and I called Peerless plumbing in Fort Worth, they were very friendly and knowledgeable. They said they could come right away. The service guy was really polite and offered us multiple solutions and prices and explained the differences. He did the job in a short amount of time and charged only what he said he would. I would recommend this plumbing company to anyone who needs an emergency plumber or any other plumbing job.

I've been using this company for a few years. They are always professional, courteous and prompt. There have even been a couple of minor visits that they didn't charge for. I will not use any other company for plumbing services.

I own a spa and I needed a sink installed right away for a new tenant. Steve came out the same day to give me a quote and came back later that day to complete the work. Great job and went above and beyond by also putting a new flapper and handle in my toilet as he saw it was not working as it should. I had fm him come back the next week to finish all of the sink installations. I had called four other plumbers, their customer service was awful and could care less about my small job. But I'm grateful for Steve and his team.

I have had plumbing issues in a home I just purchased. We had to call ARS at 10pm because the toilet was overflowing. John came out and worked several hours getting us fixed. He was really professional and nice. I ended up having more issues on Sunday and he came and fixed again. John is super nice and super helpful. Marcus, who installed my water heater was also very nice. I would highly recommend ARS.

I experienced a water leak in my attic. Within 30 minutes they were on their way. They found the water leak in the attic and installed a new insulated pipe. My praises go to Peerless Plumbing Company Haltom City for repairing our leak and enabled us to have water. I have used Peerless Plumbing Company Haltom City before and would used them again. I highly recommend their work and technician.

I am a homeowner who recently had to have my septic tank replaced. I was dreading the project because it seemed like a lot of work and I didn't want to go through the process of finding contractors. Peerless Plumbing Company-North Richland Hills just came out to do some other work on our property, and so I thought that I would ask them about installing my septic tank for me. Their customer service rep took the time to walk me through the whole process and even showed me the approved drawings for my project. It was so easy, I couldn't believe it!

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
