Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

My faucet had been leaking - we scheduled an appointment, no problem. Jessica on the phone is lovely to work with. Unfortunately our situation escalated, I called back and they sent a crew out within 40 min to replace our faucet. The technicians were professional, efficient, and polite. Our main water line was clogged and the water was rising out of the pipe, I called All Valley and they were at my house within an hour. They were quick, efficient, wore masks, and gave me tips on how to avoid this issue in the future. It was my first time giving them a call, I will definitely call and recommend them in the future.
