The guys that did the installation were excellent and did everything correctly. The communication on the timing wasn't the best but they did come within the window. It was a Super Warranty call - so I was without water for 13 days. I had to do the warranty work with the manufacturer myself or it would have been an additional $300-350 but I was able to do that within 5 minutes myself. I couldn't get itemized cost before the work was done, they said they don't do that so I think that's why it took so long and there was so much trouble between the Super warranty company and Swat
