Managed to fix my ceiling drywall without messing with the crown molding.Also helped me with a toilet replacement, even picking up the toilet from the store. I've been with NorthEast Mechanical since I moved into my house 10 yrs. Ago. And they have always been exellent. They even put in a water heater for me in 2017. The service has always been very professional, knowledgeable and honest. This time is no exception. Great job. I highly recommend them.

Great communication with the girl who answered phone. I thought I was having a great experience with my technician. He told me he was cleaning it or the maintained for $89. I'm not sure what he did but I paid $75 for his knowledge? And than $65 trip charge. When I said I couldn't afford more than $200 he was done and stopped working on my furnace. I'm pretty sure I paid your technician to look at my furnace. So now I get pay an additional $90 to someone to actually clean it since I thought that's what I was paying your technician for. I won't be using you again when I do replace my furnace. Josh called said he was going to make things right but never returned our calls. We won't be using them again.
