I have used Poormans for both a whole new HVAC system and also a new water heater/softener. Both experiences with them were top notch. The new HVAC system was a slightly better experience mostly from the speed at which the whole thing happened, but I was told that the water softeners are made to order before we even started. In either case, from the start with a no pressure in home estimate to the finish with final payment Poormans seemed like a great company to place my trust in. I have no regrets, and I would do it again.

Mark is very personable, professional and explained what was going on in layman's terms which is important to me since I don't know a lot about water softeners and plumbing.
