Best Preventative Maintenance in Fort Wayne IN

House built in the later 1800's with enough set issues I had to get my lines cleared every 6 months due to roots and other issues. Bright these guys in, found out one of my lines was cracked and over 50% blocked, and they literally got on my roof and went through the vent to find out I had a major blockage that several competitors had missed. The other guys wanted $150+ to get the camera in my lines, FW Pipeline did it for free and saved me over $5k. Been a year and haven't had an issue, for the first time in 12 years. Couldn't recommend more, one of the all time best experiences I've had as a home owner.

They sent a tech to my house while I was at work. The technician said we needed a new part and they would get back with us on a price. Days later still no response so my wife called them back and they sent out a supervisor. The supervisor quoted around 700 dollars to my wife. We decided to get a second opinion. Good thing. I dont know if they just mis diagnosed the problem or were trying to take advantage of a woman but all I needed was a Thermostat. That second opinion saved me 600 dollars.

I have used Poormans for both a whole new HVAC system and also a new water heater/softener. Both experiences with them were top notch. The new HVAC system was a slightly better experience mostly from the speed at which the whole thing happened, but I was told that the water softeners are made to order before we even started. In either case, from the start with a no pressure in home estimate to the finish with final payment Poormans seemed like a great company to place my trust in. I have no regrets, and I would do it again.
