He showed us several options, explain the benefits of each one. Once chosen, he got this book for the very next day. Korte brought us heaters to use because of the extreme cold, an extra nice thing we didn't expect. Greg B and Nolan came first thing the next morning and got right to work. With expertise they explained everything they were doing and then when the work was completed, explained how we were to use the thermostat. All personal we encountered right down to the dispatch caller were top notch... friendly, helpful and courteous. I can't say enough good about Korte as a company and about the exceptional staff they have working for them.
