We just bought our first house about 2 months ago. Had our AC unit go out. Called Home Warranty company to have tech come out. Would have taken them 3 days. It was 88 degrees inside the house. Called Korte at noon and Ron S. showed up at 1:30pm. He fixed the issue, showed me a few tips and tricks, and also explained the Korte Members program. I hope this gets to Ron, because I want him to know how much our family appreciates his quick response and knowledge. I will definitely be using Ron S. and Korte again.RON S. As always, a great experience from the staff at Korte's. Brendon was efficient and professional. Explained everything he did with the PMCS of our Furnace. When completed the area he was working in was clean. Kortes's has been our go to company for 5+ years and with 2 different homes.
