I couldn't of been happier with the install of my new AC unit. I am a first time customer, called different places and came back to Poorman's Heating & Air Conditioning for my new unit. Very professional, pleasant to work with, and the installers Tyler and Don were great guys. They answered all my questions and the install looked very good, they made whoever installed the AC unit when my home was build look like a bunch of amateurs. Mark recently installed new kitchen faucets for us including an instant hot water dispenser. He found a leak in one of the water lines in the process and fixed it all up good as new. I'm sure he saved us from future water damage. We appreciate Mark's superior skills and his kind and friendly personality! He has worked on many other projects in our home and has never failed to deliver quality and dependable service. Look no further...he is the BEST!!!

Excellent technician and very reliable company . This is the second heating company I have used for the same issue, and this place did not up charge me and run my bill up . He actually diagnosed what he thinks the problem is . I will be using this company for ALL future heating and cooling needs . I’m so glad I was referred to them and didn’t waste my time with any other companies and only wish I had tried them a lot sooner . Lesson learned .
