J L MORY misrepresented their verbal service contract. In fact I never received a written service contract. When I needed service, I was charged for the service, which was told, no service charge, only for discounted parts. Really! I recommend that do business with their competitors, for example J F Miller - I am a dissatisfied customer stuck with an costly service contract ☹️

Very quick service. Called at 7:45 a.m. and repairman was here at 10 a.m. Worked on system and recommended several ways to deal with the problem. Very mindful of cost of repair versus replacement. Would highly recommend Poorman's!!

Absolutely wonderful service! We needed plumbing work done and we were in a time crunch and Mark came to the rescue! I will never choose another plumbing company after I saw the quality of work Mark did for us. This is an honest company and mark is extremely knowledgeable in his field.
