This trip I needed information. I had a heating problem that didn't need to start with a tech at the house. Steve came out and spent some time with me, discussing the interaction between new thermostats and the furnace board logic controls. Nothing was really wrong. I wanted an explanation of how it all works. I left satisfied.

I am blown away! We noticed we were having a problem with our sewage pump that needed immediate attention, and called T&T. Along with an amazing person who answered their phone and scheduled us, our technician was wonderful! Got to us very fast, and fixed our problem instantly.
