This is the best plumbing, heating and A/C company in Fort Wayne: they do everything plumbing. drain, heating, A/C and electrical.. The residential tech I had was Mark, he is honest, reliable and dependable. He bends over backwards to find a solution he goes above and beyond what is required of him. He is very polite he answers all my questions without making me feel stupid because I don’t know much about plumbing and heating but he takes the time to explain so that I know what’s going on. If there is a problem he gives me options . He is upfront about the costs there are no hidden charges. I have dealt with other companies similar to this in the past and this is by far the best one that I have ever found and Mark is the best tech that has ever worked on my equipment.
