WOW!!!! A RESOUNDING ❤️WOW❤️!! My heat randomly quit at my place of employment at what happened to be the most freezing cold morning EVER! I called Poormans and was greeted with a very kind calming voice. She reiterated that someone without heat will be a priority (even with their filled day).
