Came out for a quote and took out a part that was broken said It was burnt up and TOOK THE BROKEN PART quoted me $1600 for repairing the parts but it would take three weeks to get the part and then quoted me for next day completely new unit for $3500 clearly trying to upcharge me knowing I wouldn't want to be in the heat. I had Palermos come at and fix it in 15 minutes and the part he wanted to charge me $1600 to install was $12 and had put grease on the wires to make them look burnt up when they were not burnt. It was a complete screw job do not trust these guys. It's a good reminder to always get more than one quote.
