Zac is a great representative of Home Comfort! He's been to our home a few times. He has always been friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and respectfulof us and our home. We are adopting 2 cats this week and asked Zac about filters because my husband is allergic to cats. Zac told us our options. We decided on the filter and Zac had it in his truck and was able to install it immediately. He was very thorough in his explanation about the care of the filter.I was in customer service for 50 years and appreciate great customer service. Zac certainly is an asset to Home Comfort with the level of customer service he provided us.
