Very satisfied with the service. Very professional. Very competitive pricing. We had our water heater go out unexpectedly and George came out, had it replaced the same day. He was extremely friendly and professional. He also served in the military at one point so his professionalism was not surprising to me knowing he served. Much better experience with George than other local companies who were far less professional and more expensive.

Called the number listed on their Google page. The person answers at an alternate location with a lot of background noise. I asked the person if he could go somewhere else bc I couldn't hear him. He tells me he is at a car wash. Takes down my address and phone number, and tell mes that someone will be here within an hour and a half. 3 hours pass and I call back the same number. The same guy answers and I informed him that have been waiting for 3 hours asks for my address and asks me if I was sure that I had called today bc he has nothing booked for me. At that point I thanked him for wasting my time and hung up the phone. This place really needs to get their stuff together.
