I wanted to personally take the time to formally say thank you to Roto-Rooter, and their employee Andrew/ Tony. Tony arrived exactly when Andrew said he would and he got right to work. Tony took his time, as well as answered all of my questions. A great example of how professional he was, was when I tried to tell him my gas meter was the water meter, lol. Tony did not bat an eye waited for me to finish, and then showed me where the water meter was...He explained the estimate, and I am very glad that I received great service. 12/23/2019.
