Keep in mind company I was referred to by builder said no techs available until Wednesday and today is Saturday! With 100 degree weather outside no way I could have waited.

Saul was polite and professional took the time to explain a few things. Before he left said if we ever needed anything else they'd be available. Fantastic customer service experience overall as a result if I ever need any appliance repair needs they'll be the first company I call.

Thought I had a problem with my A/C since it wasn't dehumidifier did not seem to be working. Turns out everything was good and he cleaned the coils as part of the check up. System is working great.
