Mike was a professional and courteous technician. He wore a mask and took off his shoes when doing our disposal and water filter install in our new home. We have used Full Stack twice now and highly recommend them. Punctual and quick service with reasonable prices.

We had our water lines backup due to a blockage and Roto Rooter came out and cleared the problem for us. This was no ordinary blockage- it's a commercial building with a backflow drain over 200 feet long. Tim did a great job diagnosing and handling the issue and was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely use Roto Rooter again.

So thankful for Roto Rooter of Durham. They sent someone the same day I called, and communication was great from the first call through subsequent updates about ETA. Austin is a gem - very professional, communicated clearly, solved the problem, cleaned up, very polite.

Had a toilet that I couldn't get the bolts loose and it was running constantly. The plumber came on time and was great about identifying why the toilet was running. Replaced the apparatus in the tank and got it all fixed and ready in no time. Great job! I'll call them again.

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
