These guys can figure anything out! They seriously have their customer's best interest at heart, are honest and smart. Our basement has a sewer pump that another well-known, local company was going to charge $2,000 to vent. Drain Express found the already installed vent and fixed what was actually a very minor problem. I would call them for any job big or small. You guys are amazing. Rooter man is THE ONLY company to call..Anthony and Alberto came to my home when I was having a major sewer problem. I tried to fix the problem myself with no success. They took time to discuss the situation and resolved my issue Fast. I was amazed by the equipment that they had at their disposal even ran a camera in the pipes when they were done to make sure all obstructions were removed from my sewer line. Do Not Hesitate to call if you got a plumbing problem rooter man solves them all!!!

I had a problem with my Noritz tankless one morning. On the phone, Drain Express walked me through what to do but it still wouldn't work as the fix needed someone with the required expertise. Somehow I got lucky and Dickie said he could swing over soon. I was more then delighted as he quickly zeroed into the problem and even had the right part with him on hand. Most plumbers would have to order the part. The fix was done and I now have hot water again. After using so many plumbers over the years, Drain Express now goes to the top of my plumber list in my contact files. The Drain Express plumber was professional and overall a very nice guy. I will use him and highly recommend him.

Husband and I have been renovating a house we purchased last year. Next project is to turn a bedroom into a master bath/closet. After reading the reviews and reccommendations from the community, I contacted Acme Plumbing in July to assess the new plumbing install and provide estimate, timeframe, etc... Was told we don't do that but if you find someone to do the new plumbing you can call us to hook it up. Huh? Your website says no job too big or small... among many other great liners to imply you are full service. And, if I do find someone else to complete project, they are obviously going to make sure they are capable of hooking it up as we secured a permit for the job and need to pass inspections, so why on Earth would I place a second service call to you? Super misleading and very frustrating when a company markets themself in such a way, but can't deliver.

Thank you for your response. The room had already been demo'd and was a blank slate - subflooring and four sheetrock walls, no additional work (tile, electrical, etc...) would have stood in the way. We were just looking for new plumbing install before we started new flooring, tile shower, fixtures, etc...

Wallace was at our house the next day after we contacted him and addressed three plumbing problems that day - disposal and two toilets. He was on time, knowledgeable and did great work. We would recommend him!
