I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Eddie came to the rescue on a SUNDAY when all the other places were closed. He came from Fayetteville to Raleigh and didn’t charge me an extra for a “after hours” or “weekend” fee. He fixed my shower valve in the wall (softball sized opening) without damaging any of the tile, sheet rock, or dry wall. I will use him again for sure! Thanks!

Roto-Rooter did a great job! They arrived within hours of me calling them, and the plumber fixed my problem in about an hour! Very happy with the service I received from Roto-Rooter in Raleigh.

All I can say is WOW, Mr. T.I.M. was completely awesome!!! He arrived super fast, within less than an hour of my call. He was so incredibly helpful, diagnosed our drainage problem quickly and gave it the full fix. I am new to having a home with a septic system, and he was the professor who taught me a ton about how best to maintain things now that the blockages are cleared.
