I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

I noticed a small water leak stain and looked up the top-rated places in the area. Roto-Rooter came up, so I called first thing this morning and they were out to my house in about an hour! Aaron took a look at the stain, looked at the master bathroom shower just above it, asked me how old the house was, and said he was 99% certain the problem was the putty seal in my shower drain disintegrating. Popped it open, had a look, and sure enough! He was right. He had me fixed up less than two hours after I called - now that's what I call fast, friendly, and efficient service! I couldn't be happier and if I have any more plumbing issues, I'll be calling Roto-Rooter :-)

I've given Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing all plumbing responsibilities since early 2016 (both emergency work and scheduled finish work). This has given me the opportunity to see his work on many projects, which is very consistent in quality. He gets the job done correctly, does not cut any corners, leaves the area clean, and is very fair with pricing. Sean and Anthony took great care of what needed to be done. They did a check of the new pressure setting from the main and all the major plumbing fixture hook ups and helped put my mind at ease about what was going on. They helped alleviate a few minor problems and gave me suggestions about how we could be preventive on a few things for the future. The repairs they did do were spot on.

Used their service to replace my old electrical water heater with Hybrid water heater, they did not finish their job of connecting the electrical cables to new water heater as cables were short, they left saying that an electrician has to do the job, which they did not give an estimate before starting the job.
They did not use CPVC pipes, did not put the water heater on existing stand, and they were asking for more to add extra CPCV pipes that are required for my new water heater.
Basically i can tell they were very unprofessional, but they charge as other professionals do. DON'T HIRE THEM.

My A/C went out in my home and I called several companies in the area in attempt to get a technician out to fix it. Either they were closed or booked while some didn’t answer the phone. I called Piedmont Metro and explained my situation to the secretary and told her I had a child here with medical issues and it was imperative that someone came out as soon as they could. The owner Robert called me within 20 minutes and told me that I had a bad situation and he would assure we would have A/C that day. His crew showed up and replaced my whole unit. Two weeks later we had another issue with the air, found out it was an issue on our behalf, they came back out and fixed the issue to ensure we had air for our little one. Definitely a great company and put their customers first!!! Thanks a lot guys!!!

Logan was referred to me by a friend who has used his services. I had a broken Bib Hose and Logan was able to make it to my house within a few days. Showed up on time, did a great job and was quick! I have him coming back for additional work and look forward to referring him going forward.
