Outstanding service all around. Sent email listing a number of projects I needed to have done in home I had recently purchased. (Remove old toilet ... Service and Adjust tankless whole house hot water heater units ... remove outside island sink and cap drain and water lines ... clean slow drains ... etc.); I had done my research before selecting Carrboro Plumbing and I was not disappointed. Jeff arrived ahead of schedule and tackled every project listed in four hours. I was amazed and thought it would take two trips. He even crawled the entire house crawl space to cap the outside sink and drain lines under the crawl. Jeff discovered one of the tankless hot water units had a bad element , ordered a new part, and returned to replace it. Five Plumbing Wrenches Up! Great Job and Service!

Can't say enough good things about this company and the owner. Twice now we've called them with backed up/clogged drains that basically shut our house down. Both times they were onsite either same day or first thing next morning, both times they solved the problem pronto with no guesswork, upselling, or delays. They know their trade very well, are polite, and are respectful of mask protocols in this pandemic-era. We whole-heartedly recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing services or support!

My well pump stopped working. I actually have a home warranty contract, but they said they didn’t have any contractors in my area to fix a pump. Finally, after complaining about paying for a service and not getting it, they found one to come out in 10 days. Seriously, try not having a shower or being able to flush your toilet for 10 days! (First American Home Warranty if you’re wondering). I tried contacting some plumbers but for some reason got no call backs. When I called Affordable Plumbing I got someone right away and gave my information. Eddie called me back and set up an appointment and was there when he said he would be. Unfortunately,
my system was set up differently than most apparently, and he said he would be back that evening or the next day. He came back that evening and installed the new upgraded system that I had requested in in a short time . Now I have better water pressure and a much quieter pump. I would use this company again.

Wallace came in and provided solid, honest work to help fix and rework some plumbing in our master bathroom. He also offered advice for some future work we plan to have done in the coming months. I would not hesitate to call A & A Plumbing back for future plumbing needs.
