We asked Gene to fix an outdoor shower as well as an indoor one. He was on time and very efficient. Gene communicated what he was doing and answered our questions. He will be the first person we call when we need assistance again.

Eddie is a true angel. My hot water heater burst on Sunday during the snow storm and he came to the rescue. I called at least 15 other companies before finding him. Not only did Eddie come from Fayetteville in the snow storm he did not overcharge me for his service. Eddie was professional and kind. He called later that night to ensure I was comfortable after he left. It is hard to find honest work but you can find it with Eddie ....not only HONEST but also AFFORDABLE. Our very old disposal started leaking. I scheduled an appointment with Acme Plumbing and they were very responsive. Efrem arrived and diagnosed the issue and helped me decide on a replacement. He had the new disposal installed and functional in under two hours. He was very professional and did quality work. I will use Acme for all my plumbing needs.

I have used Faison Plumbing for multiple jobs at my home over the years. The work has always been done correctly the first time and I will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs.

Frank is extremely professional, responsive and dedicated to his work. We had a problem with our door which he fixed. A separate issue related to it came up and he came back and fixed without charging. A big plus is Frank is Durham based.
