Michael with Rescue Rooter in Durham did a great job on our heating check. Despite the fact that it was very late in the afternoon (he had spent extra time on his previous appointment helping a disabled person set up iPad remote control of heating/cooling system) he spent a lot of time going over our system and explained everything we needed done.Alfredo O. with the same company did an excellent job on our repairs. He explained everything he was doing and did the work carefully and in a timely manner. I asked for his business card and will request him for all future repairs.

I needed a water heater replaced. JD's plumbers came in and evaluated the job, which turned out to be a challenging task due to location, space and type of water heater to be installed. The crew were totally professional and dedicated to doing the job with complete customer satisfaction. Again, due to location, space and type of heater, there had to be some creative ways to get things done. The crew worked as if it was their own home they were working on.
