Had to get my main line replaced and looked everywhere for estimates and options and Mr Lane was the best option by far. It was a pleasure to deal with him, his crew was on time and very professional, he had a reasonable price and was understanding and open to work with me on the best payment options. Definitely would recommend and will work with them again.

These guys can figure anything out! They seriously have their customer's best interest at heart, are honest and smart. Our basement has a sewer pump that another well-known, local company was going to charge $2,000 to vent. Drain Express found the already installed vent and fixed what was actually a very minor problem. I would call them for any job big or small. You guys are amazing. Do your homework before hiring a plumber, or else you'll get ripped off by the technician. A while ago, one of the techs was only supposed to find the septic tank. He decided to dig as well and charge almost $300. I guess he thought that he could milk money from an older couple and pocket the money under the company's nose. It's not the first time he did this to the couple but it will be the last. I was so close to making sure that he was out of a job but I will let karma take care of that.
