This guy knew his stuff and was very courteous. He did a wonderful job and I was very pleased with the results. He also advised us what not to do to avoid my pipes getting clogged again. I asked him a few more questions and without hesitation was helpful in his answers. The price was a little steep but he gave us a discount which helped a lot. I'm glad he came out on weekends, otherwise we would have been out of luck.

Erik came by earlier than I was told on Thanksgiving Eve which was great. I had a real mess here and he quickly identified the issue as well as called in Restoration Services to evaluate the collateral damage from the upstairs toilet down to the kitchen.
