Piedmont Metro installed my dad’s downstairs unit 2 years ago and replaced the upstairs unit recently. Both times, they have been professional, knowledgeable, on time, and offered fantastic customer service. Recently, I’ve had to call them out a few times to make a few tweaks and they came out right away every time.
