Herbert Gilmore did a great job under the house. It was a bit expensive (plumbing work seems to be). He was very professional and answered any questions we had. There was only one problem. When the drain line was being cut out, the vertical line from the bottom of the sink dropped about 4 inches to the floor. Luckily, it had an expandable section that held until after we tested the line by running some water. We noticed it the next day and were able to secure the drain and had no need to call for help. In all, it was a good experience.

The 2nd time user of this company; again very happy: price reasonable, job well done. Their honest pricing, humble and well trained technician (Robert Watson), and solid quality of his job make me feel confident and save. I will recommend them to any one I know who need plumbing jobs, even their price is not the lowest (but truly worthy). Thanks Roto Rooter.

A/C broke down today. Thomas showed up within an hour of calling and had me taken care of. Fixed the issue on the same day. Highly recommended to others.
