Literally the BEST plumbing business. This is my first experience with plumbers and I will only use this company going forward. The guys walked me through how to fix an issue over the phone- was traveling and returned super sick, came out same day as I called and fixed another issue. These guys are top tier! Honest, affordable and professional.

Not 24 hours I called last night no one picked up. Left a message still no response..been almost 12 hours. Idk who made thier website but there support 24/7 is false.

I called Denali Sewer and Drain when my sewer service froze. The steam hose became lodged in my service. The technician tied it to his truck to free it but ended up breaking my cleanout and tearing the hose. He drove away, leaving the hose in my sewer. The company didn't offer to help even though I called repeatedly. A full 24 hours later they offered to send someone out but I had already called another contractor.

I feel like Denali Sewer and Drain took advantage of me and I hope they don't treat other customers this way. They didn't communicate any of the risks to me and they should have stayed to fix my sewer after they broke the hose.

We have used One Stop a fee times now and they have always been very responsive and able to take on the job quickly. Yesterday we had a sewer line backup in one of the apartment complexes we manage and One stop was there within 30 minutes fixing the issue and even cleaned up the water.

We used to use Drainmasters pretty regularly but lately there pricing has been insane, they wanted $575 to snake a sewer main, and I am very grateful that I reached out to One Stop as we have been very pleased with their work and price.

I got denied by many companies due to my household being Covid Positive and they agreed to come! The guy was awesome and very professional. He explained everything going on and kept me in the loop which I very much appreciated!

Dillon did what it took to get the job done changing our boilers circulation pump.

And trust me, our system threw every curve at him you could imagine.
