Best Remodel Project in Anchorage AK

We were tight on finances and with a leaking pipe during Christmas- my husband and I attempted to be creative at fixing it ourselves. While we fixed one thing, another problem occurred and then another. Three days with no water and at our wits end, we called for an estimate. Jim arrived within an hour and inspected the issue in the garage. He then took the time to go down to the crawl space to inspect all the plumbing. He determined the issue was a simple fix we weren’t aware of. He let us know how we could fix it- and didnt charge us at all! So sweet and really made my day. I’d highly, highly recommend him as I felt he was incredibly honest and there to help. Will call him for all future needs.

RJ and Demarco are a Father and Son team that did an AMAZING job for us. We were in a situation that we needed to remodel a small apartment bathroom after it had flooded. We had gutted the bathroom and purchased a shower kit to install. Unfortunately, after our contractor was not able to finish the job, we had tried several other companies/handyman in Anchorage that either were not available, job was too small, booked out several months, a no-show, or the quality of work was poor. Demarco had reached out to me after I made a post on the NextDoor app. He was quick to respond, gave me a call, and scheduled a free consult to go over our project the next day.

Demarco and RJ are such a pleasure to work with. Very professional and friendly. They both made suggestions on what we needed and the quality of work is superb. They installed the proper insulation behind the shower, fixed venting for the bathroom fan, installed the shower and drywall, waterproofed the floor, installed flooring, and installed the toilet/vanity. Plus, they painted the bathroom fresh and looks new! They gave us a proposal and were able to work that week and finished before the projected time. I actually ended up hiring them to do more work for us to have our apartment ready to rent again. It really restored my faith that there are people out there who have a passion for their work and treated our home like theirs. They took care of all the supplies, cleaned up the workspace pristine, and were flexible if we asked for more services or changes. Super easy and was such a relief to be taken care of. Thanks again guys! Highly recommend to anyone!

I have always used Circle Plumbing & Heating. Until the last visit I would rate them a 5 but the last time I had my furnace serviced I wasn't too impressed. I have set up an appointment to have my furnace serviced again and will post my thoughts on the quality of the service I get next Monday. Because of the great work they did in the past I will give them one more chance.

Awesome company! Very responsive. All of my questions were answered and any concerns addressed. They removed a window and replaced it with a sliding patio door. In the process they had to move an electrical outlet and a baseboard heating resister. Now I have someone to tackle all of my projects big or small. I can’t recommend them enough! A+++++
