Best Plumbing Job in Anchorage AK

I’ve called on Drain Masters twice now for drain problems at my house. Both times Rich was the technician that did the work. And both times he has done a great job fixing the problems. He works fast and makes sure the job is complete. He has always offered me advice on preventing future problems too. Drain Masters has always provided me with awesome same-day-service!

Roy did a super job. I highly recommend him.

Ed was my repairman, and that worked out great. He is a journeyman plumber and got the boiler back to running in a systematic manner. I was thinking it was going to be a total loss, but it turned out to be repairable. This was not an easy repair(s), but it got done and fixed. Thanks

I hired Tom to fix a leak in my downstairs waterline (copper pipe) He seems very experienced (as I had done some research prior) He showed up promptly, was efficient & did a great job! He kindly explained what he was going to do gave me a fair/true estimate prior to starting the project. His prices are cheaper then a chain company(estimates) by almost half! Also he was concerned about my drier hose & checked it out to make sure it was not a hazard. He did this just to be nice & as a saftey measure for my family ! He is a good true Alaskan & hard working! Reccomend his services.He was fair & honest with me. He showed me photos of his AMAZING garden! Plus who can't like a guy named Tom who gardens:)

Was referred to the agency by my property manager Jim H. I called and they answered and came right away to see what could be done with our 3 different toilets that were having issues. I have had multiple plumbers here over the years and had such a great customer service experience this time around. Quotes and prices were great especially with the speedy service that was offered. Will reach out to this company again if issues in the future since not always do companies know how to work on our commercial type property.
