These people were so helpful and directed me to a few other places I needed services from dealing with plumbing and water pump replacement.

We were referred to Diamond through our neighbors when our hot water tank went out several years ago. Since then Diamond has also serviced our furnace, which is in the crawl space so I know it's not very fun for Tom and the gang to access, but regardless, the Diamond team doesn't complain!! The Diamond team is solutions-oriented, helpful, prompt to respond, respectful, and even personable. When my in-laws' furnace went out I recommended Diamond who installed a new system for them (now that's trust!).

Brandon Boe and his team at Klebs did a great install of a new garage heater. There was a minor supply issue hiccup but they took care of it and kept my garage from freezing in the lows of winter. Highly recommended!

I don't usually write reviews but after reading some of the negative ones I thought it was important to put in one from my perspective. I called Jake after getting quotes from several companies. He was professional and came out right when I needed him. I am selling my home and I needed to have the hot water heater replaced due to its age. His employee Jesse was very polite and efficient and went the extra mile. I own a rental property and will be calling these folks for all of our pluming/HVAC needs. Thank you Jake and Jesse!

Used these guys when our boiler stopped circulating hot water. Craig showed up on time, was courteous and professional, and diagnosed the problem quickly. We've set up an annual service check with them, based on the service we received. I highly recommend calling them if you need service on your boiler system.
