Tom arrived quickly, within about 30 of our call. He evaluated the situation and explained each step. When he determined we didn't have a water leak like we thought we had, he didn't even charge us for the visit. And then he took some extra time to offer us advice on another project we have going on. Friendly home-town service like that is hard to find these days. We will definitely be calling Tom again for our future plumbing needs!

Raul installed my Lennox variable speed furnace and Paul put in an Air Scrubber Advanced-my home now smells like a walk in a misty forest and is as toasty as I need it to be. I had a major backup of my plumbing Friday morning before Memorial Day Weekend. These guys were at my house within an hour and had it cleared stat.
