Amazing father and son duo! Both named Isaac, they were friendly, fast and informative. Super cool guys and easy to talk to. They came within the hour of our call and saved the day. Our pipes were backed up and sewage was coming out of our tub and our laundry room drain. They told us what to look for incase it happens again... what to use and not to use. Just awesome people! We had our line backup on the weekend... the guy came out and snaked it... less then 72 hours later the problem came back... The second guy who came out was very gracious and apologetic, explaining what the first guy didn't do and what he should have done to resolve the issue in the first place... The fact that Denali Sewer & Drain did not try to double charge us, explained to us what the issue was, and how it should have been resolved in the first place, is the reason I gave them an Excellent rating. It's one thing for someone to make a mistake and not fix the problem... we all make mistakes... But it's refreshing to find a company that's willing to go out of their way to fix the problem correctly once they know all the facts, be apologetic about it, not make up excuses, and go out of their way to make sure your issue is resolved to your satisfaction. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

They came same day, had 2 backed up drains, kitchen and bathroom cleared out in less than an hour. Great advise and information to give as well. A+ work. Very happy customer. Highly recommend

After the really bad storm in December I had to call them because I lost power for 4 days and my pipes where in bad shape. The tech they sent was there for almost an hour. Fixed 4 breaks. The. Said he had to go to another job and would come back after he was done there to finish. My heat is a boiler so he left me with no heat. He never came back that night or the next day and would not answer the phone or my texts. The company would not Alsace the phone also. He texted me about 3 weeks later saying he needs to get paid. I told him to send me a bill. I just got the bill today in a text and they are charging me a late fee and 3 hours of work with after hour rate witch they told me they don’t charge after hour rates. If I was you all I would find a better company for your plumbing needs. This one will try and take advantage of you and then leave in the middle of the job and not come back.
