Best Air Filters in Anchorage AK

I recently had the pleasure of working with Flow Star Plumbing and Heating and they were informative, professional and competitively priced. I was given several install options for what I needed and was able to end up with a solution that worked for my budget. Will be doing business with them again in the near future.

I love you guys. When my furnace went out when we woke up on a Saturday morning ( as of course I had a house full of people staying with me that weekend) I called Diamond Heating and they were there almost by the time I hung up the phone. (My visitors were very impressed) I can't remember who came out first (and I apologize) but he was wonderful and explained what was wrong. He gets kudos also. They brought me space heaters to use in the meantime. Joe came over on Monday and helped me order a new furnace. My water heater was as old as my furnace so I wanted that replaced also. (What is the saying, when you least expect it something will happen and it did with my furnace so I didn't want that happening with my water heater.) Joe was very helpful and explained everything about both. The guys came and installed both at the same time. I can't remember the guys name that replaced the furnace but I would like for him to be acknowledged also. Mike Ralston replaced my water heater and kudo's to him. What a nice guy. I would also like to thank Hailey for all her help too.I highly recommend Diamond Heating/AirTemp Alaska, people who actually care about and listen to what the customer wants.
