Carl Shields is a crook and a liar lied about everything took thousands of dollars and didn't do any work if anyone knows where they bank please post it .I need to go claim my money they won't tell me where they deposited my unendourced insurance check won't reply to my calls or cooperate in any way does any one know where they bank ?

I found Carlos's card one day. I took a flier, and am absolutely satisfied and cannot recommend him enough. He arrived promptly at the agreed on time, he was courteous and well-mannered, very efficient, and reasonably priced. He does great work (and leaves no trash or mess behind). Leon was great. He arrived on time, kept a clean work area, and was extremely professional. Hiring skilled trade workers is a crapshoot but I will definitely be a repeat customer with Apex when the need arises.
