Our experience with Juan and Rooter man was excellent. Although we thought the job was simple it turned out to be a bit more extensive. But Juan and his team really took the time to find the root cause of the problem and crafted a great solution. We really appreciate him and his hard work.

Be careful with Les. He is very unprofessional and rude. We've had business with him and he reverses his credit card payments after you provide services to him. And then he threatens you to stop sending him invoices. I would highly recommend looking for a plumber with ethics.

Over due review, used this company a few times now for various issues around the house. Always easy to schedule, they have someone answering calls 24/7. The technicians are always very professional and courteous. They really do care about providing A-1 service, explaining/addressing my questions and cleaning up after themselves. Have used a lot of plumbers over the years and cheap work isn't always good and good work isn't always cheap but these guys are a great value. Thanks again!

We were in a urgent situation to make a shower installation pipe correction. We found Jeremy of JLB and after I talked to him via FaceTime explained the situation, i agreed to give him a try. Jeremy showed up on next morning 830 as agreed, discussed with my about his proposed solutions, covered the floor of working area, and he pretty much fixed the issue after 2 hours. Jeremy was very responsive, honest and professional, I would use him again and recommend others.

On Friday night 3/26/2021 we noticed a sound in the master bathroom wall that sounded like a water leak. Saturday morning we called the Do it Right Plumbers they had someone out to our house Sunday morning at 8 AM. The technician suspected a leak under the cement slab and schedule a leak expert for Monday morning (Dakota ) Dakota showed up Monday morning at 8 am and within an hour had located the water leak in the pipes under the cement slab in the laundry room adjacent to the Master bathroom. He proceed to reroute the new lines over the attic so we would not have to break the walls or tile floor. He was done by 4 pm and it the water leak was bypassed. Unfortunately Monday night the master shower and toilet stopped getting water, Dakota was back Tuesday morning and found out our house (older home build in 1977) had a second manifold feed behind the toilet that only feed the toilet an shower. He ran another new line from behind the toilet to the shower, problem solved. It has been a week since the fix and all is working well. We had not used Do it Right Plumbers before, we were very impressed with their timeliness, professionalism and desire to make the fix without causing major floor or wall damage. The office staff was very helpful and responsive. We recommend Do it Right Plumbers. I also appreciated their notification system texting/email us on the status of the technician en-route and follow up during and after the work was being done.Efrain Irizarry.
