I thank Damian for fixing my water heater. He called the manufacturer and get the parts to take care of the problem. Also, he found out that there's still warranty for water heater and does not need replacemenf at this time. He took his time to show what's causing the problem in the future and recommended getting a water softener instead.

Fantastic service. Spoke to the owner Vance after 5PM and he got me scheduled for next day service right away. The tech, Joshua was fantastic. Extremely nice and professional. Definitely went above and beyond. Even got everything done in less than an hour. The price was also very reasonable and the same as what I was quoted the night before on the phone. I actually thought it would be more than he quoted because a bit of extra work was involved but I ended up paying exactly what he said I would. You can tell they're an independent contractor that cares about their clients. I will be recommending them to everyone from now on.
