Started with a clogged cloths washing drain and ended up with a new lining to the street on our sewer. Went with RooterMan great folks, we worked with Robert Sandoval and stayed on the whole project start to finish. Robert is easy to work with, knowledgeable, fast, and did I say expensive. Well worth it in my opinion, we have had problems with it since we purchased the house. Always knew and worried about having to dig up our porch to the street with a huge 4 story tree in the middle, new technology caught up with us and saved us probably over twice this amount and time and mess!! Our family called Clean Out King’s (COK) twice and the second time we requested Mr. Bobby Tieu.
The first time It was a rookie descaling question and the visit was gratis because the work was done but We simply needed reassurance because water damage can an expensive repair.
Our hot water stopped working and flowing about six months later. This time we called Clean Out King and requested Mr.Tieu because he was punctual, came PPE prepared (as we have family at high risk for Covid), donned shoe covers after entering our home, and had his tool belt/bag ready to work. Mr. Tieu took one look at our Rinnai tankless water heater and stated he couldn’t physically touch our Rinnai tankless water heater because he/his company was not Rinnai certified thus VOIDING our warranty. He instructed us to call Rinnai Corporate HQ and have them give options of certified Rinnai tankless water plumbers.

We've been using Cleveland plumbing for the last few years and they never disappoint. We've got a mid 1960's home with mature landscaping that can reek havoc on drains and sewer lines. They have a high pressure clean out with a camera that allows them to throughly clean out the tough spots where other plumbers might get the clog out, but not totally clean out all the roots. Very professional team, usually see Vance and Cody who are both great. I'd highly recommend Cleveland Plumbing if you're looking a quality and professional plumber.

He answered all the questions we had with no problem. He was able to diagnose what was wrong with our water heater and install a brand new on in a matter of a couple hours! My boyfriend and I were out of town when we got a call from our neighbors that our upstairs complex we live in had a leak coming into their downstairs home. We're close with the neighbors so we had them take a spare key we left and check on it. We were hours away and had no idea what was wrong and the neighbors couldn't figure it out either. Brett was incredibly helpful and explained every step of the process. He quickly diagnosed the issue, narrowed down the sewer blockage location and removed the blockage. He was even able to make it out the same day as I called.
