I called Drain Busters because my sink was clogged and a foul odor was invading my kitchen. I spoke to Gary and truthful to his word he was here in 15 minutes. He snaked my line and deodorized my sink. He also gave me some tips to keep my sink from smelling. In and out in 20 minutes and a bill the fraction of what other plumbing companies gave me. Drain Busters just became my new plumber and I will recommend then to anybody looking for a plumber!

I knew my problem was weird and difficult to find. I am very mechanical . This is an average of different ratings on different topics.
4 stars - I called , looking for Ground penetrating Radar to find an ABS pipe in my back yard grass area. The first manager said they do not have that device, I said thank you. He said have a nice day.
1 star - A few minutes later another manager called me and said, that the other guy was wrong and that they do have it. I verified with him, what I wanted and he said, yes they have it. Great, we made the appointment.
4 stars - The tech arrived on time, clean and was very nice.
I showed him my problem and what I thought we needed. He agreed with what I needed and that they do NOT have that tool to find the abs pipe.
1- star , So I called the their office to let them know about their mistake, The woman said someone will call me back. That never happened.

I do Property management. I did have a little problem with them making a mistake and wasting my time.
BUT the bigger problem was NOT returning my call.

We had a broken water heater and pin hole leak in one of the pipes behind our wall. Elder & Young came out right away and took care of everything! They are professional, responsive, honest, and clean! These guys are awesome and highly recommended! Thanks Eric, Sean, & Eddie for taking care of us!

Their estimate was a fraction of what we received from other companies and included more than what was being offered by their competitors!…I was shocked by the other outrageous prices we received and am thankful for calling around for additional estimates.
