Our family called Clean Out King’s (COK) twice and the second time we requested Mr. Bobby Tieu.
The first time It was a rookie descaling question and the visit was gratis because the work was done but We simply needed reassurance because water damage can an expensive repair.
Our hot water stopped working and flowing about six months later. This time we called Clean Out King and requested Mr.Tieu because he was punctual, came PPE prepared (as we have family at high risk for Covid), donned shoe covers after entering our home, and had his tool belt/bag ready to work. Mr. Tieu took one look at our Rinnai tankless water heater and stated he couldn’t physically touch our Rinnai tankless water heater because he/his company was not Rinnai certified thus VOIDING our warranty. He instructed us to call Rinnai Corporate HQ and have them give options of certified Rinnai tankless water plumbers.
Mr. Tieu is a PROFESSIONAL and his iINTEGRITY is appreciated!

It was a pleasure having Chris and James install my tankless water heater!! I have a complicated situation because my water heater is in the attic of my 3-story condo, so I was nervous about having installers up there navigating through all the duct work, etc. These guys were so incredibly conscientious and careful, and I knew from the start that I could trust their work. They gave me several options with regard to installing a regular tank heater and the tankless one, and I appreciated having those options presented. Ultimately I went with the most expensive option, but after discussing with them, it seemed to make the most sense. I will only ever use Do It Right in the future for all my plumbing needs. Chris and James were awesome! I was also very impressed with the company because when they sent me my service appt. confirmation text, it mentioned that they would be happy to pick up prescriptions or groceries for their senior customers, if needed. What plumbing company does that?? I'm very happy with my tankless water heater, and very thankful for Do It Right Plumbers!! Thanks everyone!!

How funny. I just read the review by Alex Contreras and started to laugh. So I start to see some water gathering on my kitchen ceiling and decided to call these guys up. The technician comes and looks at the ceiling and before doing anything else, tells me they have to cut out a huge hole to see where the leak's coming from. I'm obviously a bit weary of this as this will cost me a bunch to close the hole with new drywall. He opens up the hole and tells me he has to cut another, larger hole because I can't see from this hole. I say OK and we find the leak. The leak was coming from the upstairs shower, where the shower head and pipe are connected. I'm still trying to understand why the shower upstairs wasn't checked first, especially when I explained to the tech that the leak was coming from my upstairs shower. I even told him we did a bunch of trial and error and the leak ONLY happens when we turn on the shower. So, he tells me at first I need to replace the shower valve (hot/cold). I thought it was the connection where the shower head connects to the pipe? Anyhow, i tell him OK and he goes and calls his boss and gets me a quote of $1600 to replace a $80 part. Hmmmm...i ask him if he's sure it should cost this much, seems a bit high. He says he knows its expensive, but he can't really do anything about the cost. I tell him I need it fixed and he goes about replacing the valve and cuts another 2 holes in my upstairs bathroom drywall. A couple of days later, a general contractor friend of mine who is doing some work at my house comes over and I show him the repair and all the holes. He asks me how much I paid, and I tell him it's going to be about $2200 total after all is said and done. He tells me Im an idiot and I just got bamboozled. I feel as though this company charges differently according to the neighborhood of the repair. They call me to find out if everything is OK and if I'm satisfied. The repair itself is great I tell them, but I was overcharged. They call me back and offer me a $50 gift certificate for a future job. ARE YOU F'IN KIDDING ME? Thank you Power Pro, I LOVE your commercials on the radio, they're so awesome!

Regency's was on time for the service call, completed the requested work (removal/install of kitchen sinks) in an exemplary manner and the project cost was very reasonable when compared to several other companies, some of whom would not even take on the project.

Very good and prompt service in clearing our plumbing lines. Great price.

Highly recommend this business! We had a plumbing emergency and called numerous plumbers, but they were the only one who was able to come out right away. Shawn was professional and explained the issues we were having and was able to temporarily help us remedy the situation to keep our kitchen sink usable until a follow-up visit to do the main repair. Eddie an Nick came out a few days later and completed the necessary work we needed. All of them were professional, efficient, courteous, and explained exactly what they were going to do before the work started. They also cleaned up after the work was done. This is a great business to work with, we will definitely use them again for our future plumbing needs. Save this one in your contacts! We recommend 10/10!
